Mission

DEAR PITTSBURGH AIMS TO EXPLORE WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A CONTEMPORARY ARTIST IN THIS CITY, AND SUPPORT CREATIVE COMMUNITIES BY FACILITATING NEW FORMS OF CONVERSATION AND COLLABORATION.

Specializing in artist exposure and community accessibility, Dear Pittsburgh collects first hand accounts from artists, promotes local artwork, and serves as a platform for critical reviews, to facilitate a larger conversation about the arts in Pittsburgh. At Dear Pittsburgh we are committed to making the arts accessible to everyone. We are a resource for artists, arts workers, students, creatives, art lovers, and collectors to come together and gain inspiration to seek new avenues to collaborate with one another and ultimately strengthen the arts communities in our city.
